I forgot my belt this morning. I have weak coffee from the street and am racing to finish a document before noon.<\/p>\n<p>The lawnmowers around my building make it sound like summer, though I&#8217;m wearing a new hoody and a couple girls in the office have their heaters on.<\/p>\n<p>Think about feedback loops. \u00a0It&#8217;s more interesting than you think.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.obsidiannoise.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/FileIdeal_feedback_model.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1135\" title=\"File:Ideal_feedback_model\" src=\"http:\/\/www.obsidiannoise.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/FileIdeal_feedback_model.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"124\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In a deterministic universe, all things exist in a feedback loop. Technically, if you knew all the loops acting on an agent, and you knew the value of all the loops, you could predict 100% of the time what the agent will do.<\/p>\n<p>More importantly, you could affect one of the loops.<\/p>\n<p>And even more importantly, you could affect one of the loops acting on yourself, and be free from it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Old Assertion:<\/strong> Create your frame.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nNew assertion: <\/strong>Willfully affect your loops.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Good monday, everyone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Late sleep.
